First CCC Seminar held in China on Transforming Nursing Practice: Leveraging Standards, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence for Enhanced Patient Outcomes

Congratulations to the HeNan HongLi Hospital which recently hosted the first Clinical Care Classification (CCC) Clinical Application seminar in China (Nov 14–15, 2025). The event promoted understanding of the CCC nursing terminology, clinical decision support systems, and nursing informatics by facilitating in‑depth exchanges among participants. The seminar also highlighted the implementation and outcomes of the CCC in advancing best practices in clinical care while contributing to the development of standardized nursing big data.

In attendance were hospitals and IT professionals from 27 provincial-level administrative regions, including Jiangsu, Jilin, Sichuan, Liaoning, and Yunnan, with a total attendance of 4,080 participants. This milestone marked a significant step forward in the global development and application of the CCC system, fostering collaboration and innovation in nursing informatics.
